Common questions
Per workspace, in euros, monthly or yearly in advance. Every plan carries a monthly credit balance, and that is what pays for the external providers your work calls out to. The platform itself is not metered.
The unit external providers are metered in. Enrichment is charged by the item and outreach by the user, and both come out of the balance in your plan rather than on top of it.
You can cancel at any time, with no notice period, up to the moment your subscription would renew. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for, and you keep access until then.
A founder reads every request and replies within a day.
Access follows roles and teams. Credentials sit in an encrypted vault, and anything sensitive stops for approval. The platform, its database and its credential vault are hosted in the European Union, and all of it currently runs on Scaleway in France.
