Export your data from Tulina

Your dataUpdated

What you put in Tulina is yours. Pages, project briefs and processes are stored as markdown, so they leave as plain .md files that open in any editor and that any other agent can read. Tables leave as CSV.

Paste this prompt into your agent

Use an agent connected to Tulina that can save files, such as Claude Code.

Export my Tulina workspace into a folder named tulina-export, as
files I can keep and open anywhere. This is read-only: do not
change anything in Tulina.

First tell me the name of the workspace you are connected to,
and stay in it for the whole export. Then save:

1. Working rules: the workspace's own instructions, as
   workspace-rules.md.
2. Projects: for each project, archived ones included, its brief
as projects/<project>/README.md and every page as its own
markdown file in projects/<project>/pages/, named after the
page title. Keep sub-pages in sub-folders.
3. Processes: each process, archived ones included, in its full
version with its description and flowchart, as
   processes/<slug>.md.
4. Agents: each scheduled or webhook agent, with the process it
runs and its schedule, in agents.md.
5. Tables: every table with its link and row count, in
tables.md. Save the tables under 200 rows as
tables/<name>.csv, with every column. I will download the
   larger ones myself.
6. Files: download each file attached to a project into
   projects/<project>/files/.

Rules:
- Copy every text exactly as it is stored. Do not summarise,
  shorten, translate or rewrite anything.
- Work through one project at a time and save each page right
  after reading it.
- Start each markdown file with its title, the date it was last
updated, and its Tulina link where Tulina gives one.
- Check each saved page against the length shown in Tulina's
page list, and fix any that differ.
- Finish with INDEX.md: every file you saved, the number of
projects, pages, processes, agents, tables and rows, and
anything you could not export, with the reason.

When it finishes, open INDEX.md for the list of everything it saved.

Good to know

  • Large tables. The prompt lists them in tables.md. Open each link and click Download CSV to get the whole table in one file.
  • Private work. A personal project or a private process belongs to the person who made it. Each person exports their own.
  • Your tools. The keys you saved for your CRM, your mailbox and the rest are not exported. They stay in Tulina's vault, and your accounts in those tools are untouched.
